Varenita of Temecula is a senior living community offering assisted living and memory care in the heart of Temecula, California at the southeast corner of Margarita Road and Solana Way. It is an ideal location for a senior living community as it is home to an exceptionally high population of qualified seniors in need of quality senior care and it is in close proximity to a wide variety of sought-after amenities. According to a 2017 survey conducted by “A Place for Mom”, there is an increasing demand among seniors for housing that promotes active lifestyles, keeps them connected to the surrounding community, has amenities for visiting family and friends, and offers opportunities for multi-generational interactions. Varenita of Temecula’s location provides all of this. The community is located a short distance from The Temecula Promenade Mall and the Shops at the Promenade with over a million square feet of retail and restaurants. There are also numerous medical centers, including Temecula Valley Hospital and the UC San Diego Multi-Specialty Clinic just a few miles away. Within walking distance is the ABC Child Care Center, which offers outreach programs, such as Adopt-a-Grandparent, and we anticipate a very fruitful relationship with them.

The community itself is designed to be a home where seniors will enjoy high-quality, comfortable living, excellent dining, social and recreational opportunities, and wellness programs to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. The building is 77,200 square feet and consists of 107 suites of assisted living and memory care. The memory care portion of the community is located in its own secure, self-contained neighborhood on the building’s first floor. The proposed site plan includes a main entry on Solana Way that wraps around to a beautiful front covered entry porte-cochere at Margarita Road. First time visitor parking is conveniently provided at the front entry of the building, and the site has a total of 79 parking spaces. The facility plans to have approximately 60 full-time equivalent employees operating in three daily shifts of 28 persons or less per shift. This includes a 24-hour security team. The community is designed to be open 24-hours per day with a quiet time for residents between 8pm and 7am.
