David L. Griffin
Construction Operations
David L. Griffin is the senior construction manager for all construction projects undertaken by Griffin Living.
Throughout his career, David has managed and contracted over $4.5 billion for single-family, multi-family, and commercial real estate construction projects.
David has served as president of the Building Industry Association–Los Angeles/Ventura Chapter, was a member of the organization’s Government Affairs Committee, and is a founder of the organization’s Sales and Marketing Committee.
Outside of his work for Griffin Living, David volunteers as a counselor for families and individuals dealing with issues related to substance abuse.
David holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
